Receptionist informed me that test results were all fine so I obviously believed them and due to lack of knowledge on their part 18 months later I am informed I now need a knee replacement which may have been avoided if I had correct test results 18 months ago now I have received info that receptionists are now care navigators this is ridiculous and am not prepared to discuss my problems with a receptionist

Doctors could communicate with each other.
As we received a letter to make an appointment but was told by the doctor we had an appointment with there was no need for it.
As my husband is disabled was an expense and time waster.
